Our Undurba Robotics Club is a vibrant and innovative extension of our STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) learning at school. Now in its fifth year, the program is open to selected students in Years 4 to 6 who demonstrate a strong interest and aptitude in technology, problem-solving, and teamwork. Entry into the club is based on a selection process to ensure students are prepared to engage with the hands-on challenges and collaborative learning that robotics offers.
Using LEGO® Education kits, students explore the exciting world of robotics through building, programming, and testing their creations. The club focuses on developing critical thinking, creativity, resilience, and communication skills in a fun and supportive environment.
Our students participate in interschool competitions within our local cluster, taking on challenges such as Sumo Battles, A-Maze-ing Races, and Line Following events. These competitions provide valuable opportunities for students to apply their learning, refine their designs, and work collaboratively to solve real-world problems.
In 2025, we’re excited to expand the program further, exploring new challenges and opportunities in partnership with other schools in our local network. The Undurba Robotics Club continues to be a highlight of our enrichment offerings and a platform for students to discover their potential in the ever-evolving world of technology.
