Student resource scheme
At Undurba State School, we are committed to supporting families by making it as easy, convenient and as cost-effective as possible to ensure students have the resources they need for learning. Through our Student Resource Scheme (SRS), we provide access to essential books, equipment and materials, helping students be well-prepared with their educational needs.
For families participating in the SRS
By participating in the SRS, families can enjoy the convenience of having their child's resources delivered directly to the school, eliminating the need to source items from other locations.
2026 SRS Costs
The annual fees for participation in the SRS for 2026 are:
- Prep to Year 2: $140 per student
- Year 3 to Year 4: $130 per student
- Year 5 to Year 6: $110 per student
Payment Options
Families participating in the SRS can choose from the following options:
Option 1: A single payment
- Full year's fee due by 26 January 2026
Options 2: Term instalments
- 1st instalment (due 30th January 2026)
- Prep, Year 1 and Year 2 $70
- Year 3 and Year 4 $65
- Year 5 and Year 6 $55
- 2nd instalment (due 24th April 2026)
- Prep, Year 1 and Year 2 $35
- Year 3 and Year 4 $32.50
- Year 5 and Year 6 $27.50
- 3rd instalment (due 17th July 2026)
- Prep, Year 1 and Year 2 $35
- Year 3 and Year 4 $32.50
- Year 5 and Year 6 $27.50
